Renegades use another big second half to defeat Seattle

The Dallas Renegades finally got its rushing attack going in the second half and quarterback Landry Jones tossed three touchdown passes to lead the Renegades to a big win over Seattle.

Jones finished with 274 yards on 30-of-41 passing with three touchdowns and two interceptions.

The Renegades were able to overcome a 3-1 deficit in turnovers thanks to a defense that was stingy once again. The defense raised hell on the Dragons in the second half and held them scoreless.

Landry Jones has four touchdowns and four interceptions in his first two games this season.

Dallas has had at least seven players with a reception in all three games this season. At least six players have made multiple receptions in all three games.

The Renegades entered averaging an XFL best 5.9 yards per carry on the ground but struggled in this game averaging 4.9 yards per carry against the Dragons.

Dallas returns home next Sunday afternoon to meet the undefeated Houston Roughnecks at 3 p.m. CDT. The game will be televised nationally on FS1.
