The Kansas City Men’s Basketball program and head coach Billy Donlon announced Friday that Oklahoma State University transfer Hidde Roessink (hid-EE Roo-SINK) has signed a National Letter of Intent. The 6-10, 220-pound Dutch forward appeared in 20 games for the Cowboys last year as a freshman and will have three years of eligibility at Kansas City.

Roessink is the sixth member of the 2020-21 signing class to join the Roos. Second-year head coach Donlon led his team to a 16-14 (.533) record last year, the best win percentage since 2010-11. The Roos also started 6-0 at home, the second-best start all-time in program history.

“We are excited to have Hidde join our program,” said Donlon. “He will have a great impact with his skill level, IQ and drive to get better. Hidde’s ability to play on the perimeter at his size is unique and exciting.”
